I have been adding a lot of free boy patterns lately!
I should say that I don't get any kind of compensation for showing off these patterns. I like people to know there are free boy patterns out there so they can use them! When I first started sewing for my boys I had such a hard time finding ANY free boy patterns! I could find tons and tons of girl stuff but not for the boys. That is why I started a free boy patterns page so everyone could have access to a master list.

Nap time creations shares a free pattern for overalls, she even has a version for a romper and a girlified one as well! Sizes 2T & 3T.
Helping little hands has a free pattern for newborn comfy pants, look at the cute cuffed bottom!
Here is a free PJ bottom pattern for sizes 18 months to 5 years, don't they look so comfy?
