Another skirt for me!
It went much faster this time since I knew what I was doing.

I also lengthened it so I can wear it high-waistedor at my hips.
I also upcycled this shirt, I cut off the sleeves and
used them to make ruffles for the neckline.
This time I didn't use a tutorial I just did my own thing.
